By accessing and using the MS Logistic website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

MS Logistic provides courier and parcel delivery services across India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to use our service to transport any of the following items:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics
• Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
• Flammable or hazardous materials
• Currency, bullion, or high-value jewelry
• Perishable goods without proper packaging
• Any items prohibited by Indian law

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, ensuring parcels are packed securely, and being available for pickup/delivery at the agreed times. False information may lead to cancellation of service without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

MS Logistic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for damaged or lost goods is strictly limited to the declared value of the parcel at the time of booking.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
